Clare Milford-Haven

‘I have been training with Rob for 3 years and can honestly say that it has changed my life! I play polo competitively for 6 months of the year and he has helped me to build up my strength and my confidence which has made a big difference to my stamina during a game. Rob has been to watch some matches and understands what is required physically which helps to maximize the potential of every session.’

Rob Thomson

‘I have trained with Rob for over 18 months now and what continually impresses me is his ability to keep each session interesting with new exercises and stretches. He has a great knowledge in his subject which exposes my early morning excuses of aches and pains so we can always find a way to train. Rob is also a super masseuse so is really starting to offer a holistic personal training service. I would have no hesitation of recommending his services to anyone who wants to get back into fitness or indeed is already very fit but needs to be pushed the extra mile.’

As a professional tennis player he has really understood what training is important for me and integrated this into my programme. He has also always been able to answer any questions that I have had regarding my training.’
